Please Read Carefully Before Ordering -
Payment Methods -
1. If paying by Credit/Debit Card - UK Customers - We will deliver your order to you within 3 working days of you placing the order. Orders are usually sent 1st Class on the day we receive them providing the order is placed before 3 pm. Europe Orders - 3 - 4 day delivery.
2. We carry out checks on all orders placed to protect D.L. Clothing and also, you the consumer. We reserve the right not to dispatch an order or part of the order if we decide that we have taken reasonable steps in making that decision.
3. We will notify you within two days that your order is not being sent and will issue you with a full refund immediately.
Secure Shopping -
At D.L. Clothing security is our highest priority, our website is totally secure for customers to use. We have included a section on the system we use (Worldpay) so that you, the customer can feel at ease when purchasing from us. Delivery of Your Order -
1. We make a small change of £3.50 (UK Only) or £6.00 (Europe) for Postage and Packaging and full insurance cover on your order. All orders are send by Recorded Delivery. This helps to protect both D.L. Clothing and also the customer, should any goods go missing in the post.
.When placing an order, please give a daytime address where someone can sign for the delivery. If you are not at home, a card will be left so that you can arrange a more convenient time.
3. In the event of receiving a damaged parcel, please make sure that you specify this on the consignment note, when signing for the parcel.
4. After you have placed an order with us, we will email you to advise you on what day your order will be delivered.
5. If you have an questions/problems regarding your order, please do not hesitate to email us - email@example.com We answer all emails with 12 hours
1. We offer a refund service on any goods purchased from us - Your original payment amount.
2. We are not responsible for the return Postage and Packaging costs on goods that are returned to us if the goods are to be exchanged or are the wrong size. Please insure you have proof of postage and relevant insurance on all goods returned to us.*
* We will cover the Postage and Packaging costs etc, if goods are being returned to us because they are faulty.
3. For all returns please email or telephone for returns address.
4. All goods must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving them.
5. They must be in their original condition - unworn state and must also have the original manufacturers packaging and all the original tags still in place, please also include your original invoice.
THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER.

Our office is open Mon - Fri between the hours of 9am - 5pm and Sat - Sun between the hours of 10am - 2pm
We will answer your complaint within 12 hours and provide a solution within 2 days.
